You must update your profile before you can bid on projects. Its important you put your best foot forward, so, putting the right content in place is going to help you get invited or win the best jobs.
Your hourly rate can attract an Employer to invite you to bid on a project so please remember to not price yourself out of the business. When you bid you can always change this.
Read through our Terms of Service and our Model Task Contract. These two documents form the contact you have with us and with your Employer.
If an Employer has a paid plan you will be asked for a high level project plan and a high level statement of work so be prepared. This will be mandatory to get to the shortlist on some jobs.
Many Employers have ISO 27001 as a standard, be prepared to assist us with your background check. This may be a gate you have to go through.
Your must deliver as promised. Some Employers will use milestones and pay for each milestone. Failure to meet a milestone may mean project cancellation. It's important that on the Client Workspace you gain approval as you move through your delivery regime. A poorly delivered project may mean a request for discount or a refusal to pay.
